hello, i would like to create a gif image such as a button. but i dont have any software to do that. something free. when i create a gif using ms paint it doesnt show on any browser . my browsers are up to date. but thats not the issue. please tell me the steps to creating a gif. thanks.

To create gif images, you just need any graphic design program that will "Save As" or "Export" in gif format. Almost any commercial program has this functionality. As for free programs, I`m not personally familiar with any, but I`m sure SOMETHING is out there. Just search a shareware site or the Internet in general for "free design software" or "free graphic arts software", etc. Good luck.
