linking database address information to a map?

linking database address information to a map?

Can anyone help me on linking up an address from a database to a map? -- What I have right now is an agent locator that just displays all of their information in a table. I want to be able to pass the parameters to a map...such as mapquest, so the user can see where exactly their office is.
