Hay!

I am a student from QAu University in IslamAbad(Pakistan).
Is there a server control in ASP.NET OR VB.NET
allowing user to choose Time

like a control
in window XP or Server 2000/2003 on DeskTop s' Right bottom have
"Adjust Date Time" which have facility that on the single
text box (Non Editable) when user click on minutes/seconds/hours
then it can be changed

Or at least a some free 3rd party control allowing the user to
choose Time
