Is it possible to create an internet connection using C++ if so how?(we need to be able to distribute it (being an application) to our customers), if it isnt can someone tell me the most appropriate language for achieving this?
Background - we are in the preliminary stages of developing an adsl setup cd to create and setup the internet on a customers machine given certain details by us that is written on a setup sheet. I am trying to find which language would be easiest to develop this. If need be i will learn a new language.
