I assume you mean for a job. Well i think it depends really the type of work you would like to do. Because there are different job types like an embedded programmer or applications, things like that.
So they would expect different skills, some jobs with a years experience would expect you to know the stand libraries. I would say your best bet would be to go onto websites such as www.monster.co.uk/.com websites of this kind and look for c++ jobs which require a years experience or junior programming roles and have a look at the type of skills they would like.
