the name of the table is LOAFormsDtl and one of the field is begin_year like this

EmpNo begin_year
1 5/5/2002
2 6/8/2002
3 1/6/2003
4 2/5/2003
5 2/4/2003

i want to display the EmpNo in year 2002 only.

How is that?
